Our apartment is just a short 5-minute walk from the coast, and we’ve decorated it with a light, seaside feel so you can relax the moment you step inside. The space is cozy yet airy, with little touches of coastal charm and everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
We’ve made sure the kitchen has all the essentials if you’d like to cook, and the living area is perfect for unwinding with a movie or enjoying a quiet evening in. The veranda is one of our favourite spots – it’s lovely for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
To help you settle in, we like to leave a few welcome treats, just some small extras to make your time here easier. And if you’d like recommendations on where to eat, swim, or explore around Larnaca, we’re always happy to share our favourite local spots.
Welcome to Larnaca! We’re so happy to host you and hope you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. One of the things we love most about hosting is getting to meet people from all over the world and helping them enjoy this beautiful city the way locals do.
In our free time, we enjoy long walks by the sea, exploring little cafés, and discovering new places to swim or watch the sunset. We’d be delighted to share our favorite spots with you so you can make the most of your stay.
Guests love Livadia because it offers the best of both worlds – the peace of a traditional Cypriot neighborhood, while being just minutes from the heart of Larnaca. The area is calm and welcoming, with friendly locals, small family-run shops, and authentic tavernas where you can enjoy traditional meze and fresh seafood.
You’ll be just a short stroll or drive from the beach, perfect for swimming or sunset walks. Nearby, you can explore the famous Finikoudes Promenade, the Salt Lake with its pink flamingos in winter, and the beautiful Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque. The Pierides Museum and Larnaca Medieval Castle are also within easy reach if you’d like a touch of history and culture.
Livadia itself has a relaxed charm – many guests enjoy walking around the quiet streets, visiting local bakeries for fresh halloumi pies, or trying out nearby restaurants that serve both Cypriot and international dishes. And when you want more buzz, the lively cafes, bars, and shops of central Larnaca are just a short drive away.
