Extra accommodation places is ON REQUEST. Our properties are well equipped and include bed linen, bath towels and bath robes. All villas are privately owned, they are decorated and furnished to owners’ individual taste. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom. One infant in a cot is permitted per bedroom. We reserves the right to decline access to the property for tenants that exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. We can also provide 2 Z-fold beds per property which are for children and adults, there is an additional charge of EURO 100 per person per booking. These also come with full bed linen and pillows. Each property has private heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (hot tubs). Pool or jacuzzi heating is available at an extra charge and needs to be paid for prior to the guest’s arrival. Please note that pool heating for these villas is recommended between October - and May and costs an additional amount is EURO 350 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details). Cleaning of the property • Tidy-up of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, preparing beds, dusting. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, changing linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7-night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. • The ‘Tidy-Up’ service in the property daily is ON REQUEST. Important Note: No parties or events are allowed at the property. Also, it is not permitted for any outside visitors to enter the property, other than guests stated on reservation. Should this occur, we reserves the right to decline the access to outside visitors and apply a penalty of EURO 1000.
