This magnificent two-storey villa is located on the coast of Chrysochou Bay, close to the city of Polis and the Akamas Peninsula.
The villa is ideal for up to 6 people as it has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
All bedrooms in our villa are located on the second floor, and the villa also has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric heaters in winter. The villa also offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and a parking space.
The villa area has a lovely garden with exotic plants.

The villa is located in a secluded picturesque location just 5 minutes drive from the village of Latchi. Just one minute and you find yourself on an incredibly beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water and magnificent views of the Akamas Peninsula. Only 3 km from the villa is the legendary bath of Aphrodite, where, according to legend, the goddess of beauty with her lover, the god Adonis, bathed in a mountain spring. In the surrounding area you can also find entertainment for every taste: water sports, fishing, tennis. Restaurants of various categories are located within 300 meters from the villa.
