Villa Nof Yam is a luxurious vacation home set over the lush green jungle of the popular rustic surf and yoga town Santa Teresa. A perfect place to unwind from the hectic pace of everyday life and yet less than a 3 minute drive to town, beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa extends over 2 floors, is lovingly decorated in every detail and offers breathtaking ocean and jungle views. Entering the house you find yourself welcomed by the living room, high quality and fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, spacious outdoor terrace with large lounge area, BBQ area and a salt water infinity pool. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the villa and one bedroom on the ground floor. From your bed, you will start each day with a majestic ocean view overlooking the jungle and coast of Santa Teresa. Each of all luxuriously and elegantly furnished bedrooms with king size beds has en-suite bathrooms so that couples, friends or families can travel together and still enjoy their privacy. The house can accomodate families or several couples with children older than 6 years.
