Smoking is not allowed

No glass containers are allowed in the terrace/pool area

Use of premises is permitted only for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

Additional damage deposit may be required for special events such as Envision Fest, Craft Beer Festival, New Year's, etc.

For security purposes, there are two cameras on property: one outside monitoring the driveway and one in the living area monitoring the sliding doors. To protect your privacy, the internal camera may be covered during your stay. It is the guest's responsibility to confirm that the camera is covered.

The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Payments

If the reservation is not paid in full, the balance of your reservation must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.

Bayaran melalui pemindahan bank diperlukan sebelum ketibaan. Penginapan akan menghubungi anda untuk memberi arahan selepas tempahan dibuat.

Deposit kerosakan sebanyak US$500 diperlukan. Penginapan ini mengenakan caj hari sebelum waktu ketibaan. Ini akan diambil melalui kad kredit. Anda harus dibayar balik dalam 7 hari selepas daftar keluar. Deposit anda akan dikembalikan sepenuhnya melalui kad kredit, tertakluk pada pemeriksaan tempat penginapan.
