1. Once you have registered at the Morros Morros 3 Building reception, you will be given a bracelet identifying you as a guest of the building. This bracelet must be worn throughout your stay. This bracelet will allow you to enter and exit the building without any problems and use all common areas (pools, jacuzzi, gym, etc.). The value of this bracelet is 18,000 COP per person. This amount is not included in the reservation fee. Payment is made directly at reception via a credit card. It is intended for the use and maintenance of the common areas for our guests to enjoy.
2. Per the Morros 3 Building's Horizontal Property Regulations, guests are not authorized to receive visitors during their stay. The maximum allowed capacity is 4 people; additional payments are not permitted. Guest check-in is only possible until 10:00 PM.
3. Once the reservation is confirmed and for entry, we always require the following information from each guest (including children and babies) at least 48 hours in advance: full names, type of identification, identification number, city of residence and origin, and reason for travel. Data must be sent at least 48 hours in advance, and will be sent to the reception of Morros 3 Building, where they will be required to present their physical identification document (including children and babies).
4. All children and/or adolescents (ages 0-17) who wish to enter the condominium must be present in the presence of their parents or have a NOTARIZED AND AUTHENTICATED PERMIT, with a copy of the civil registry and a photocopy of the ID card of BOTH PARENTS, stating that the minor's parents or guardians approve the child's and/or adolescent's entry as GUESTS TO THE CONDOMINIUM. Otherwise, under no circumstances will entry be permitted. (Law 679 of August 3, 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006).
5. All guest identification documents must be originals; copies or PDFs are not accepted, except in the case of digital ID cards. Please also note the following:
-Foreign passports must have the appropriate stamps.
-Travelers from MERCOSUR must provide a travel bracelet.
-Venezuelan guests must only check in with a passport or passport.
-Driver's licenses or documents other than IDs based on nationality are not accepted.
It is important to note that check-in will not continue without presenting the required documentation.
6. The use of the bracelet is mandatory. If a medical condition prevents its use, it must be properly supported.
7. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. All valuables must be kept and cared for by the guests.
