A modern, beautiful, peaceful environment in a charming area of Cali. Close to cafes, delicious restaurants and outdoor bars. Really economic to stay for short periods or months. Two rooms up to 4 guests. Situated in a residential condominium, good security and own parking space. Lots of amenities for your comfort, convenience and enjoyment. Near to shopping malls and areas of interest. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and dryer plus dishwasher. It has a nice swimming pool to enjoy.
Next to shopping malls and near to JARDIN PLAZA located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city, in the south of CALI, where you can find some of the best restaurants, pubs and shopping areas. There is also the Clinica Valle del Lili which is one of the best clinics in the country in case you come to undergo some procedure or treatment would be the best option. Homecentre is also really close to this apartment.
