PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious living area, lit by sunshine coming in through the large arched window, furnished with a sofa and armchairs for chatting with friends or reading a book, also chosen from the large bookcase. A desk content to study or work. The kitchen is modern, complete and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. The large dining table can seat up to 8 people. How to get there: By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: you'll arrive at the villa in 15 minutes. By train, from Lugano station take the S60 train towards Ponte Tresa for 8 stops and get off at the "Magliaso, Paese" stop. Walk about 4 minutes to reach the villa.
