The living area on the ground floor presents a warm and welcoming space, featuring a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a child's seat, complemented by a Swedish stove, underfloor heating, and modern amenities such as TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. A fully equipped, open kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher makes self-catering a pleasure. A separate toilet is also available. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms promising a restful sleep, and two bathrooms with showers, while a washing machine for communal use in the building completes the comfort.
