Company information

We are a small apartment hotel in Luzern, we offer apartments for different budget and different size of groups. Also we are very flexible with long term rentals as well. Our office is located in Luzern, on Lindenstrasse if you need any assistance during your stay, you will recieve our contact information before your arrival.

Property information

Easy-Living Buholz Hoch 12 is located in the Luzern suburb called Emmen, it is not right in the city center which gives you a bit more of space and also this location is very friendly for your travel budget. Please be aware when making the booking that only the apartments are eqiupped with a kitchen, the double rooms are not. There is an event room near by and it is possible sometimes when an event is on that some noise can be heard also at the accomodation building.

Neighbourhood information

Emmen is a suburb close to Luzern City. The apartment building is not directly on the main road so there is nice walking routes nearby, also an access road to the river Reuss. There is also a restaurant in the same building. Other than that the location is a bit remote from tourist attractions so you would also have some privacy.
