There are long-term tenants living in the unit downstairs, so I kindly ask that noise be kept to a respectful level, especially in the evenings. Quiet hangouts are totally fine, I just like to give guests a heads-up to avoid any issues. 🛏️ Optional Extra Bedroom A cozy third bedroom is available upon request! For groups of 5-6 guests, the third bedroom can be opened at no extra cost. For groups of 1-4 guests, please indicate your choice of two bedrooms at the time of booking. The third bedroom is also available, but the 5+ guest rate will apply.

If your group has four people, please let us know which two bedrooms you’d like to use. For groups of six, we’ll be happy to open all three bedrooms for you. The house is in a prime location with plenty of restaurants just steps away, so you’ll never run out of dining options. Free parking is also available, making your stay even more convenient.
