PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Private cozy 1-bedroom basement apartment on a quiet residential street is for 1-2 person(s) only (no visitors please); - No kitchen; - No laundry; - No Alcohol or drugs; - No pets; - No smoking! You will have 100% privacy and your own key to get in and out of the residence. Look at my pictures they speak for themselves. It's quite an old house, but everything works properly and it has its atmosphere. My place is good for tourists and business travelers. Owner shares this lovely home with guests, but guests have an access to separate entrance to private apartment. In our home, you will find your own private cozy basement apartment. For your convenience, the house has your own personal refrigerator. Shower and washroom in apartment. We have 1 free outdoor parking spot in the front of the house. Garbage and recycle bins are in front of the house. Please maintain order in the rented apartment and take care of the property. It will be a pleasure for guests who come after you, and you might also want to come to us again.
