Cleaning fees include washing of linens and cleaning of floors. Cleaning fees DO NOT include disposal of garbage, washing of dishes, cleaning of bbq, stove and fridge. All garbage must be removed when guest checks out. All food must be removed from fridge and freezer. A charge of $200 will be applied should garbage or leftover be left in the unit, dishes not washed, and/or the kitchen not cleaned upon check out.
