From 24/7 host support to professional cleaning with a 60-point checklist, every detail is designed for your comfort and peace of mind. ✨ Please note important details up front: Guests must pick up a key fob from a location about a 7-minute drive from the condo in order to access the building. In addition, the unit is equipped with a NoiseAware device. This does not record conversations—it only monitors noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for you and the community. This cozy one-bedroom condo is perfect for up to four guests. Step inside to a welcoming living room with a plush sofa bed, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Crave, and sliding doors that open to your private patio—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening chats. An additional nook with a single bed offers a quiet place for extra guests. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with soft linens, creating a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo, spacious vanity, and complimentary essentials such as towels, shampoo, and conditioner. Cook and dine with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stainless-steel stove and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. We also provide cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic pantry items so you can enjoy anything from a quick snack to a full meal. The adjacent bar-style dining area with two seats is perfect for sharing meals. Additional comforts include air conditioning, laundry facilities, and underground parking (maximum height 6’5”). Paid street parking is also available in front of the building between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
