This spacious and unique space has a lake view and comes with instruments for you to play! Our house has been featured on the news more than once -- and all for good reasons!
We are right across from Trout Lake Park and Community Center, a beautiful area. The lake has a sandy beach, a dog park and lovely views of the mountains.
This is a private suite with a bedroom, a kitchen and 2 foldout couches in the living room. The bathroom is shared with another guest suite, but each suite has its own private entrance to the shared bathroom from opposite sides, so you would never see anyone else during your stay.
Also note that there is a claw foot tub only and no shower.
In the day you may hear sounds from upstairs but quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am for the whole house.
There's a dog park directly across the street, and we allow pets but not on the furniture thanks! And please no untrained pets, or pets that will bark at other people or animals on site. Thanks for understanding!

This is what's called East Vancouver and those who live here feel it's the best area of the city. Much more peaceful than downtown and less expensive and arguably more interesting than Kitsilano, East Van is a home to many artists and families. In the park directly across the road there is always something fun happening.... festivals, bands playing, etc. It's a great place to live and visit.
