We offer turn-key, personalized, and efficient services for short-term and long-term rentals of condos, houses, multiplexes, hotels, and apartment buildings. Our goal is to bridge the gap between owners and renters by offering win-win situations for all involved. In 2014, we had only a single building to rent, located on St. Laurent Boulevard in downtown Montreal. Through experimentation and hard work, we learned everything there was to know about optimizing the processes needed to create rentals that made everyone happy on both ends. Customers were delighted, leaving us rave reviews. Our operational excellence also led to new owners wanting to rent their properties through us. As a result, we found continuous growth. The space Located in a peaceful natural setting right on the lakefront, this charming retreat is ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking comfort and relaxation in every season. Thoughtfully furnished in a cozy, modern style, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (including Nespresso), toaster, and more. The inviting living area includes a fireplace and TV, while the spacious bedrooms offer soft cotton bedding and ample storage. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Guests will enjoy a private hot tub, kayaks, an outdoor dining space with BBQ, and multiple fireplaces - both indoor and outdoor - for memorable moments by the fire. All essentials such as towels, bedding, kitchenware, and cleaning products are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning are included in the rental. Please note that this is a nature-focused escape - while cellular coverage is generally reliable, guests are encouraged to embrace the peaceful surroundings and disconnect as desired. Our dedicated team remains available to assist you daily from 9 AM to 9 PM via email or messaging should you need anything during your stay. Guest access We have transitioned to a fully digital system for registration, check-in, check-out, and service requests. There is no physical reception desk.
