The house is located within the historic Cabbagetown neighbourhood. Cabbagetown is a charming community of well preserved Victorian homes and beautiful tree lined streets. The main Street in the neighbourhood is Parliament Street which has a wonderful mix of cafés, bakeries and restaurants serving cuisine from all across the world.
