A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay, and for long-term bookings, we’ll schedule visits at least once every 7 days. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. • Please note that you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest after you have confirmed your reservation. • For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required.
