A separate laundry room, sizable bathroom, and large bedroom are also available on this level. Upstairs, inside the Penthouse Loft, the views seem to go on forever. Kick back and simultaneously look out at the ocean while streaming your favorite show in the living area. When you crave feeling the warm air on your skin, walk out on the sprawling, private balcony with your vacation read and a tropical beverage. After a day spent in the sun, enjoy rinsing off in the bathroom's luxurious walk-in shower equipped with dual shower heads. As evening rolls around, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and cuddle up in bed while watching the marvelous colors of the sunset meet the ocean. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
