The Casa Tucano is one of 4 houses in a private condominium on the Canto da Lagoa just outside the iconic town of lagoa da Conceicao. Casa Tucano stands on a hill overlooking the lake, dunes and the mountains: it is an extraordinary view, full of nature and very peaceful. It has been our family home so everything is very well structured and well maintained. The kitchen is fantastic, large and well equipped as i am a professional chef. The bedrooms are private from one another, always space between the bedrooms.
I am from Scotland and am an artist, chef de cuisine and gardener. I live in the condominium as does our caretaker Rodrigo. This enables us to keep everything functioning smoothly and safely whilst maintaining good service for client needs. I speak Portuguese and English and Rodrigo speaks Portuguese only..
We are just on the outskirts of Lagoa, a small but happening town in the south of the island . There are many water sport venues in the vicinity as well. The road where we live has many good restaurants, shops and a few bars. We are very well located as well are in the very centre of the island with easy access to many places of interest. It is a very residential and peaceful neighborhood where you can rest inside the condominium or go out for the day to the many beaches and nature experiences within driving distance of the property.
