DNA Vila Mariana offers fully equipped studios in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge, located in one of the region's most desirable neighborhoods. Notes: 1) After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for booking must submit a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental agreement and submit valid photo IDs for all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport). 2) We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to exchange the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately). 3) We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a parking lot near the building (fees apply). 4) Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue area or party room. 5) The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).
