According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.
Pet information:
1. One small dog (up to 15 kg) is allowed in the apartment;
2. A lodging fee of R$ 50.00 (daily) + 4% ISS per animal will be charged, which must be paid at check-in;
3. The pet owner must present the dog's updated vaccination card;
4. Owners must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the animal's stay (food, guide and hygiene material);
5. The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and its furniture;
6. The cleaning of solid and liquid residues is the guest's responsibility;
7. In the event of any damage to the apartment, the guest will be notified by the hotel along with the amount to be charged to their account according to the budget made by the outsourced company indicated by the hotel following the apartment standard;
8. We ask that dogs do not bark persistently and in a row, we ask for collaboration and common sense with the individuality of other guests;
