To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability and rates; • All guests must send their identification at least 24 hours in advance; • The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification of all people staying in the accommodation, respecting the maximum number of people. People not listed are not allowed. • Visitors are not permitted. • Noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. (Noise Law); • Separate organic and recyclable waste and dispose of them in separate containers; • Upon departure, ensure that all appliances are turned off. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a daily fine; • For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Linen or linen changes may be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit; • Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replaced.
