We have a restaurant in a former water mill, diagonally across from the villa— a perfect place to relax and unwind with a delicious dish and a suitable wine. We built the house as if it were for ourselves, so it’s also a place where we will eventually live when we step back from the restaurant. Our close proximity also ensures your comfort in case you have any questions.

This brand-new villa is fully equipped to offer our guests an unforgettable holiday. The house is located on a large plot of 1200 m² and has 300 m² of built-up space. The 4 bedrooms are very spacious (30 m²) and feature a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a sitting area, a full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, as well as all the necessary amenities. All bedrooms have underfloor heating, which provides pleasant warmth in winter and refreshing coolness in summer. Each bedroom has a large sliding window and a private terrace with a beautiful view of nature. The living area is filled with light thanks to the large sliding windows overlooking the garden and terrace. In addition to the spacious modern kitchen with a large island and dining area, there is also a cozy bar, a large dining room, and a comfortable sitting area with all necessary amenities. The entire furnishing and equipment will meet all your expectations. The garden, terrace, lawn, sun loungers, large table, as well as the sauna and jacuzzi invite you to relax and enjoy… A game of pétanque adds the perfect holiday atmosphere! Please note, however, that during the winter period, from November 1st to March 31st, the jacuzzi is closed due to the particularly high energy costs at this time of year.

Our villa is located in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, more precisely within the beautiful Pays des Collines nature reserve and the picturesque village of Flobecq. In this region, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy: scenic walks with stunning views, hikes through hilly areas, and strolls in the woods… The same goes for cyclists and other motorized vehicles. Beautiful towns with history, cultural sites, culinary experiences, and museums are all within a short distance. An additional highlight is, of course, our restaurant just 50 meters from the accommodation, where you can enjoy a long dinner or simply a meal at a beautiful oval table. In cold weather, enjoy an aperitif by the fireplace, and in summer, dine on the terrace overlooking the babbling river with fantastic views of the surrounding nature. Many guests describe the experience as a true pleasure, like being “in heaven in France.”
