The villa offers a bright living room with large windows opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee machine), and three comfortable bedrooms. Please note that one of the bedrooms is open, without a full wall separation, and includes a sofa bed, ideal for children or temporary use. You will find one full bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as two toilets, one of them separate for extra convenience. The highlight of the property is the large private garden, complete with a covered pergola and barbecue. Whether in summer or winter, it is a welcoming space for family meals, a relaxing break, or simply enjoying the quiet surroundings. Important note: this is a family home with history and character, which also means it has a few small imperfections due to its age. We are gradually working to improve them.
