Treeview - relax in the tranquil, tree-filled valley above Kiama’s famous Surf Beach. Walk to everything or sit and enjoy the views. Everything you need in a whisper quiet location. Treeview is a peaceful two-storey, three bedroom home with well-appointed living rooms and kitchens on both floors, and a large deck and BBQ area off the ground floor. Plenty of room for up to 11 guests with three bedrooms and two double sofa lounges. The main kitchen/living room on the first floor has a large Caesarstone breakfast bar which connects through the servery widow onto the balcony and comfortably seats eight. All living areas and bedrooms look out over the valley and surrounding landscaped gardens. The back yard has a level lawn area that is great for kids, is fully fenced and can be accessed directly from the house or via the lockable side gate. Guests enjoy full access to the entire property except the lockup garage which is used by the hosts for storage. You can park two cars in our driveway, however it is quite steep. Alternatively, if you prefer a level parking space, there is plenty of space out the front on our quiet street.
