The house faces due north, with living areas, and two queen size bedrooms opening via French doors to the entertaining deck and mountain and farm views. The third bedroom has two king-size beds, and there's a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and large bathroom. The living area features two sitting areas, dining and pot-belly wood fire for winters. The verandah has bbq, sofa and outdoor dining. There's a fenced gardens, and dogs will be considered on application. With free and secure private parking and free WiFi, the property is non-smoking, includes all bed linen and bath towels, a flat-screen TV and . Enjoy swimming, snorkelling, cycling and fishing, hiking, walking and mountain biking. Tilba is situated between Narooma and Bermagui, and the two historic villages of Tilba are close by. Enjoy country towns, great restaurants and gourmet food, lots of live music and plenty of colourful country characters to welcome you at the local pub.

We discovered Tilba in 2010. We love the Tilba region and love farm life. We farm Angus Beef and Dorper Sheep on our 320 acre farm. We've embraced country life and look forward to welcoming you to our haven. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate, or to get out there and explore the great outdoors with so many activities at our doorstep.

Tilba embraces the best of country life while being close to the beautiful beaches of the far south coast. Our farm is a peaceful haven, with wonderful views, and we are close to the twin towns of Tilba, Cobargo and fishing villages of Narooma and Bermagui. Lots to do in our area - from exploring beaches, national parks, scenic walks, and mountain biking at the new parks that have opened in Narooma and Mogo, and further afield at Tathra and Eden. There's fishing, cycling on country lanes, great walking plus loads of pubs, colourful characters and lots of live music. Local markets in every town, with the Saturday morning market in Tilba's historic hall a must. Plus great food, with the freshest meat, fish and vegetables, and the famous cheese, milk and yoghurt from our neighbours at Tilba Dairy. The well-known Dromedary Pub is our local, and nothing beats a beer at the pub, one of their great gins, or explore Sweetwater Saloon for a cocktail and their memorabilia.
