Unique, urban, private - in highly sought after South Fremantle. Freshly presented with new furnishings, lots of light and a private tropical pond garden, The Sanctuary is a great place to relax with all that South Fremantle has to offer on your doorstep. The Sanctuary is a Klopper architect designed home with mezzanine bedroom, exposed industrial steel span trusses and reclaimed timbers. The kitchen with dishwasher, wall oven, induction cooking and masses of cupboard space is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and some pantry items. Breakfast bar living or long work station with bar stools. Stone top vanity with glass basin. WC and walk in shower or shower in complete privacy outside! The Sanctuary has an abundance of natural light and overlooks the tranquil and secluded rear garden, courtyard and a glorious Poinciana tree. Master bedroom on the airy mezzanine level with remote controlled ceiling fan. Laundry with new washing machine and clothes dryer. Gated entrance and located behind the bespoke independent gift shop 'Zhuzh'. Parking in the dedicated off street car bay to the side of the building.

South Fremantle is a very special, unique neighbourhood with the ocean on The Sanctuary's doorstep. South Beach is renowned for its family friendly grassed area, cafe and swimming beach. You will love wandering around the small side streets checking out the renovated historical workers cottages and pocket sized gardens. Peaches organic green grocers and the Freo Fresh IGA supermarket are 5 minutes walk away with a chemist and specialty stores (incl a great shoe shop ladies!). Popular local artisan bakeries. Bespoke locally owned eye wear, fashion, art galleries, home wares. Loads of cafes and restaurants plus two pubs and a distillery. Woolworths, Aldi, chemist, bakery, liquor store, ATM, service station and health food shop a couple of minutes drive away.
