Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. How is the property laid out? Downstairs, the front bedroom has water glimpses and the cosy central bedroom is ideal for late sleepers. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, with one bedroom having king singles with electric blankets and doonas provided in winter. The large lounge room is comfortably furnished, so you can chill out with a book, unwind with your favourite music from the ipod-compatible stereo, watch a DVD or challenge your companions to a board game. Equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a pleasure, the kitchen includes a ceramic cook top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining room has views of the bay and comfortably seats eight. Alternatively, you can breakfast with the birds on the front deck or enjoy a casual BBQ on the spacious, bush-facing rear deck. The modern bathroom has a deep bath, as well as a shower, and there is a separate toilet. The additional hot/cold shower in the courtyard is perfect after a morning at the beach.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
