There is a seperate TV room and a 3rd living area upstairs, off the master bedroom which offers ocean glimpses. The kitchen is well equipped, ready for you to book up a feast. There is a large deck with outdoor dining and a BBQ, perfect for family gatherings. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with King bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, access to the bathroom and double doors opening onto the 3rd living area. The second bedroom with King bed and air-conditioning is also located up here. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet which services both bedrooms. On the main level you’ll find the three other bedrooms and family bathroom with corner spa bath and seperate shower. Bedroom three has a king bed and air-conditioning, bedroom four has a queen bed and air-conditioning and bedroom four has two single beds and a ceiling fan. Out in the backyard there is a trampoline for the kids to enjoy and a private sauna for the ultimate relaxation! There is a small grassed area and native gardens.
