Property information

Get back to nature in this off-the-grid beachfront shack: The Bunker. Stroll out the front door and straight onto the beach and into the crystal clear waters. All the basics and no other distractions while you’re staying in a piece of history, the ammunition store for a fixed gun that guarded Moreton bay during WWII. There are no cars allowed on the beach so quiet for fishing, sunbathing and swimming and safe for kids. Relax and unwind in paradise. The house is completely off grid and is powered by a solar/battery system. House water is supplied from rain water tanks that is drinking and all other water is bore water.

Neighbourhood information

Logistics: There are no sealed roads on Moreton so a 4x4 is a must. You can hire one in Brisbane . Google 4x4vehiclehirefraser . Bookings on the barge are often harder to secure than accomodation, so please check barge availability before requesting to book at Micat . There are no shops in Cowan so it's recommended you bring all your supplies with you from the mainland. The starter pack is just for your first day arrival - to get you started.
