We make everyone at home at Nicole Guest House and have traveled to many countries, some of which we have lived in. I have been an advertising executive, photographer and now working in NFP. Michael is a marketing guru who was originally from the UK. This property is a guest house, you have your own private room and bathroom, the other areas of lounge, dining, kitchen and courtyard are shared. Your room is lockable, has air-con, free wi-fi, wardrobe and your very own private bathroom. Other features: * Luxury ensemble bed * Queen Room with adjoining private bathroom is located upstairs * Double Room with internal ensuite bathroom is located downstairs * A selection of teas and coffee * Airport pick up and drop off service depending on host’s availability * A communal guest basket with snacks and muesli, just bring your own yoghurt * Shared kitchen space with all mod-cons (cooking available for max of 45 mins to allow for other guests and hosts) * Plenty of free street parking * Washing Machine available for guests staying over 7 nights along with outdoor clothes line. Dryer will incur a minimal fee * Quiet and safe location, tucked away off the street, just 6kms to the City * 'Kedron Brook' a major bus terminal - 5 min walk. 15-20 mins to the City and Southbank * Lutwyche Shopping Centre with Coles, Aldi, Woolworths & BWS - 10 min walk * Kedron Brook Parklands close-by with bike paths and BBQ’s * Local cafes close-by * Excellent cuisine, a 5 min drive will take you to excellent restaurants in Albion * Close to Brisbane Airport -15 min drive * On the first date of arrival you will need to provide photo ID * A well-behaved 6 year old cat lives on the property * Please show consideration to guests and hosts with minimal noise between 9.00pm and 7.00am. Gordon Park is Brisbane’s smallest suburb, a family oriented area with many trees and iconic Queenslanders. What is wonderful about the area is that it is still quiet and yet close to the City and has everything you will need.
