We operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW STR Legislation & Local Council Laws.
Pools where applicable are only open from end of September School Holidays to end of Easter school holidays.
Wood fires only operate between end of April School Holidays & end of September School Holidays. We supply firewood, kindling & fire-starters for max 1-2 nights.
Extra Guests: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time.
