Property information

This is a perfectly located beach house. Walk through the back gate to the beach and a walking track to the local tavern. The house has extensive water views of both the lake and the ocean. The back yard is a small lawn area which leads out to a larger grassy area (public land) which runs alongside the pathway to the beach.
