Leave the devices at home and enjoy the serenity this home has to offer. Definitely different, this unique architecturally designed home boasts a fabulous 3 story viewing tower with queen bedrooms located on level 1 and level 2, and endless ocean views from the top of the Tower. An open plan living area (with 2x single sleeping spots) connects with the kitchen, complete with all the necessities (oven, cooktop, large fridge, microwave & coffee pod machine). A lovely big deck spans the front of the property with a bbq and a hammock nestled amongst the garden foliage.
The private outdoor shower tops off this unique property, where you can listen to the birds chirping and the frogs croaking whilst showering ….all with the sound of the waves crashing in the distance.
This property is very unique and architecturally designed making it a very special house. One minute walk to Cylinder Beach and the Straddie Hotel, it is very central. There is only one car space but you can park extra cars on the side streets.
