Directly across from stunning Mooloolaba beach on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Enjoy fabulous views, the sound of the waves and cool breezes from the private balcony.
Our self contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has been recently renovated with free secure underground parking, lift access, a pool to enjoy after a day at the beach with a spacious BBQ and entertainment area.
It is seconds from the Mooloolaba Surf Club and patrolled beach, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops that Mooloolaba has to offer. SeaLife Aquarium and Mooloolaba Wharf is visible from the apartment and less than one minutes walk.
Enjoy walking, running or cycling from this central location north to Maroochydore and via boardwalk south towards the marina, fresh seafood and Point Cartwright.
The newly extended Sunshine Plaza is only 7kms away and Kawana Shopping World (with with Gold Class Cinemas) is 5kms south.
Sunshine Coast Airport is only 10 mins away, Brisbane Airport just over an hour’s drive, and Public transport is on the doorstep.
