Welcome to Melbourne Square Apartments, Thank you for your interest in our Short-Term and long term holiday Apartment. Melbourne Square Apartments is an established family owned and operated business led by Management team who have lived at Melbourne since 2009. Management team pride themselves in their excellent customer service which has served them well over the years with a large database of return customers. They have been successfully managing Spencer Street Apartments, Flagstaff Green Apartments and The Marker Apartments Melbourne.

Please Note: The gym and pool facilities are located on Level 8. Important: A 10-minute induction is mandatory for access to these facilities. Induction sessions are available at the following times: Sunday to Friday: 7:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM Please meet at the East Building Manager's Lobby for the induction. Thank you for your cooperation. Melbourne Square’s resort-style facilities will be absolutely phenomenal, where residents will be able to enjoy luxurious pool and gym on the podium. The Melbourne Square development will also include a Hilton Hotel, childcare facilities, and Woolworths supermarket. *Amenities opening at different times. Located on the corner of Power Street and Kavanagh Street, Melbourne Square gives you access to the best of Southbank and beyond. You’re moments to Melbourne’s Arts and Cultural precinct, world class Crown Entertainment Complex, Boyd Community Hub, Southbank Promenade, Royal Botanic Gardens, Clarendon Street shops and eateries, South Melbourne Market, an abundance of amazing CBD attractions, trams on Queens-bridge Street, and Flinders Street Station.
