We offer private, comfortable accommodation within our home, set amidst a swathing grassed meadow with a very productive veggie garden out the back.

Also, smart TV, Wi-Fi, electric blanket, ducted heating, books and magazines plus sensor lighting for late-night homecomings.
A pleasant walk into town, a'meadow is shared by two Blue Burmese cats, twin girls Taffeta & Chiffon, who keep mainly to themselves, and don’t much care for dogs.
Our garden is your garden to wander at will, with a glass of wine or not, a book perhaps, or just to sit amidst the mutterings of the birds.
For 13 years, we owned a popular Melbourne restaurant; Sylvia then went on to run the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, as its director. After that she became a Celebrant, weddings and funerals. Meanwhile, Michael went back to his old haunts, helping people to buy into cost-effective investment property. (they all made very good returns). Now in Trentham, we love making people welcome in our home, and in our town. We're passionate about our garden, where we spend much of the day. Oh, and there's a very lively social life in Trentham, which fills in the dance card completely.
Trentham, proclaimed 1867, is a gorgeous little town which reflects its gold, timber and potato heritage. The rustic main street is like a film set: Think Gunsmoke! Plenty to see and do, lots of frock shops, homewares, three great country pubs nearby, many & various eating places and charming gardens.
