Your spacious, clean light-filled 2 bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests is in a great and popular location- close to everything! Please note that our neighbours are doing renovations and so there may be noise during building hours. Some days minimal to none- other days more. The builder has assured me that he will not go overtime. I have discounted your rates substantially for any inconvenience that you may experience during your stay. You can close off the family and dining areas from the bedrooms so you can have your own space to relax. A well-equipped kitchen with quality fittings and an integrated stove/oven. There is a second microwave, large fridge and freezer and plenty of space for your supplies. Most of our guests though eat out and make the most of the fantastic nearby cafes, bars and restaurants. Our beds are- both queen size( Australian Queen) with high quality mattresses. All linen is supplied so you don't need to bring a thing. There is a sofa bed in the lounge-room which means a 5th person could stay. We have also provided a large range of games, Play Station, Wii, DVD's, CD’s and books for all ages.

Welcome to Manly- our favourite place in Australia:) We really hope that you fall in love with Manly like we have. Many of our guests return and tell us that it has such a nice feel about it- comfortable, light filled and well equipped. Your apartment is completely self contained but in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong then be assured that help is nearby as I live in the downstairs apartment. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any question that you might have. I am always happy to help. My husband and I work full-time and then spend any spare time enjoying Manly and it's surrounds- we never tire of it and love being able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. We rarely use our car. A lot of Manly locals swim and surf all year around but I prefer the summer, autumn and spring months. We are so lucky to have such a long warm season and we just love being outdoors. We are so excited to share our beautiful beach with you and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. As in all neighbourhoods there are renovations, and home improvements going on and this is also the case in our street. Our neighbours will be renovating for the next couple of months so there will be some noise. We have heavily reduced our rates because of this. Our famous beautiful beach with white soft fine sand is an easy 4 minutes flat walk away. Cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, bay beaches, galleries, the ferry wharf, surf lessons, kayaking, bike tracks, national parks, hiking are all within easy walking distance. There is nothing that you can't easily walk or cycle too and it is flat too. Babysitting is also available. A highlight is the ferry ride to Sydney CBD where you spend 20-30 minutes sailing through the most spectacular harbour in the world- you will see our world famous Opera House, The Harbour Bridge, Fort Denison, Kirribilli House, Garden Island, yacht races, sunsets and sunrises and so much more. The ferry ride from Manly ends right at some of these attractions. As part of your room rate, I have included one parking spot on site for you for your whole stay as parking is tricky in popular destinations like Manly.
