You are welcome to book if children and will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

This house has a large living space, separate bedrooms, and separate bathrooms and laundry. BEDROOMS: The house has a 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: queen-sized bed Bedroom 2: queen-sized bed Bedroom 3: double-sized bed Bedroom 4: 2 single-sized beds All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: This property's bathroom is located next to the common hallway, not directly in the room. It's not an ensuite. There is one main bathroom with a shower, sink, and bath tub. The toilet is separated and there is no privacy lock in the bathroom. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: Please make use of the kitchen. It comes equipped with: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and cutlery - oven - microwave We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron, ironing board and full size clothes line. PARKING: Driveway easily accommodates 2-3 vehicles. Additional parking can be made on the street - guest to be aware of any time/day restrictions.

Situated close to Chifley shops, Phillip, Woden Town Centre, Canberra Hospital, Melrose High and Marist College. Nearly everything in Canberra is a 20min drive from anywhere else. Chifley is a great spot to be.
