Literally, a 30-second walk to IGA and the bottle shop with Iluka Bay, the shopping precinct, and Iluka Bowls Club just a little further. Accessed from the rear with plenty of room for your vehicles and boats this home features a classic design with modern functionality. The main dwelling has everything you will expect including a light-filled lounge room, 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen. The rear entertaining area has plenty of room for relaxing, cooking on the barbie and provides undercover access to the second dwelling at the rear, which sleeps 2 and has a second bathroom. Suitable for all types of guests and groups, this holiday destination has great flexibility, lots of charm, and is in a great location. To enjoy the mix of timeless and modern coastal living for yourself, Luka-House is a must.
