Kenata-Fairway is a small Apartment Hotel We are sorry but the property is not suitable for children. Convenient location with plenty to do within walking distance Garden setting Close to many cafes and restaurants Privacy and comfort Good public transport options On site office We will always greet guests in person no matter what time they arrive Consumables such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, soap, soap powder for the washing machine, bin bags etc are all provided for guests on arrival. For long stays(over two weeks) guests are expected to replace those consumables if they require extra.
My wife and I treat guests as we would like to be treated. We have travelled extensively ourselves and understand the concerns people have arriving at a new location. At Kenata you will find maps and local information as well as every comfort. We have are always available to assist while also respecting your privacy
Kenata-Fairway is a small Apartment Hotel located immediately next to UWA 5 mins walk to Broadway Fair shopping centre where the IGA supermarket is open to 10 pm every day. Eating out -many options with wide range of restaurants, cafes and takeaway food places and bars within easy walking. 5 Min across the university grounds takes you to Beautiful Matilda Bay and the Royal Perth Yacht Club. Sit at the Bayside tearooms right on the waters edge and watch the yachts and the black swans. Walk to Kings Park, catch a bus into central Perth, use the university lap pool for a swim or take another bus to Cottesloe Beach, hire a bicycle and cycle around the river, there are so many options
