Jetty Beach Splendour Apartment is totally self contained and completely seperate from the rest of the house, with its own private deck and entrance.The master bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable queen size bed and second bedroom has one queen sized and one double sized bed. The ensuite bathroom has dual access from both bedrooms and is lockable from the inside. A new front-loader washing machine is available for your convenience, with a covered outside drying area. The lovely lounge and well equipped kitchen area have ocean views and open onto a covered deck in a breezy tropical setting. Breakfast is not provided daily, however upon arrival I will have bread for toast, condiments, cereal, milk, tea, cappuccino sachets, and fruit juice for your first night.
Harvey and I have been married 40 years..We have three wonderful children, all married and have little in babies and toddlers. We thoroughly enjoy living in Coffs and love being able to share our beautiful home and magnificent views with our guests. We are very active! I, Kathy either run, cycle or swim every morning ..who wouldn’t get up early to enjoy another day in this beautiful piece of Paradise. I am happy to interact with guests as much or as little as our guests require - happy to share my favourite suggestions for local dinning and activities in the surrounding area. ______ My STRA property ID is PID-STRA-11501. situated 300m from Jetty Beach on the first residential road back from the beach. The 'Jetty Strip', a 2 minute walk down the road, is home to Coffs most popular cafes and restaurants, Yacht Club, marina, Jetty Theatre and Sunday markets. There are many other family friendly and surfing beaches close by. Access to magnificent walks over headlands, beaches and rainforests. The quaint towns of Sawtell and Bellingen as well as Bonville golf course are a short drive! Train station and public bus stop: 5 minute walk. Airport: 5 minute drive. Intercity bus station: 7 minute drive. Short 5-7 minute drive to the 2 shopping precincts (mall + plaza), University / TAFE, Coffs CBD, golf course, international stadium, bridge and bowling clubs. This apartment is excellent accommodation if you are visiting Coffs for sporting events, the rally, yachting or arts festivals, or travelling for business. Welcome to one of Australia's most loved, laid back, beautiful coastal towns!
