Bond authorisations are processed two days prior to arrival, or where booked within two days of arrival, it will be processed on booking. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued.
