Custom built for group accommodation up to 22 people in the Hunter Valley. We can set up rooms with either Kings or singles depending on your group. ie. 22 single beds or 8 Kings with singles. Fully equipped with large outdoor spa, fireplace, firepit and all the modern facilities. The back deck faces a private area overlooking a water lily filled dam. In addition there is a large outdoor firepit area and Outdoor games, kayaks and indoor games available. There are 2 dishwashers, 2 bbq's, 3 fridges and a large oven to make group entertaining easy. You have the option of indoor and outdoor dining for your group . We are close to many cellar doors and 3-4 restaurants. We have tour companies, caterers, masseurs, yoga teachers and many other contacts for your needs.
