This is a large 6 BRM house. Here is the bedding configuration: BRM 1- King-size bed, BRM 2-Queen-size bed, BRM 3-Queen-size bed, BRM4-Queen-size bed, BRM 5 King single, BRM6 King single and a trundle bed (two small singles). Lounge 1 has two sofa beds and Lounge 2 has one sofa bed. It has three separate living areas, two dining areas and a pool. There is air-conditioning in the main bedroom, the second bedroom and the 5th bedroom, also in the lounge and the dining/living area. All other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main BRM has an ensuite. There is a guest bathroom with separate toilet. There is also a 3rd toilet off the lounge, which has a wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped, with pots,pans, cutlery, glassware and also a Smeg Lavazza coffee pod machine. 4 TV's in total and you will have access to our Amazon Prime subscription. Strong wifi that works really well. The pool is a good size, with kiddie steps. There is a large outdoor area with a full outdoor table that seats 10 and large area at the back and side, Dog friendly. Gas BBQ at the side of the houe. The entire block is fully fenced, with internal separate fenced off areas for your dogs. Oven and stove-top are brand new. Your host lived in the next suburb, so just message or call your host Adam if you need anything at all.
I live on the Gold Coast with my labrador Harry. I am from Perth originally, spent 20 years in Melbourne, been on the Gold Coast on and off for 25 years now. I love the beach and the sunshine. I manage my own properties for short term accomodation and long term. I love to be able to share my spaces with other people and bring the same amount of joy that I get from these spaces. I live close by and am available 24/7 if you need anything.
This is a safe neighbourhood. This street is actually a no through road, so just locals. There is a small amount of traffic noise coming from the main rd, over the fence, but not noticable most of the time. Plenty of parks nearby, close drive to get to the beach (8 mins) or the Pacificy Hwy motorway (7 mins) If you don't have a car, it's an 11 min walk from the bus stop, on Cottesloe Drive. I am a licenced tour driver, if you require one.
