Enjoy a stylish Mid-Century Modern, super spacious 2Bdr, 1.5 bathroom coastal getaway. This 1970s apartment has been faithfully restored and elegantly furnished to showcase it's original retro beachy charm. Located on a sand spit nestled between Tuggerah Lake (boat ramp right across the street) and Matron Simpson Ocean Beach Reserve (5 minutes walk) every water sport imaginable is at your fingertips. 5 minutes drive to Magenta Golf Club or town and restaurants.
