Hi - we are Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in the Margaret River region including Prevelly, Gracetown and Hamelin Bay! We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are 'Living the dream Down South'. We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. Earl’s Place is located in the heart of Gracetown. If you are after a laid back beach shack, then Earl’s Place is the place for you! Brush the sand off your feet on the large outdoor deck before heading inside for your morning coffee, or in winter a glass of red by the wood fireplace. Gracetown is 15mins north west of Margaret River town, 10mins to Cowaramup and just 5mins from the famous Caves Road tourist drive, plus Gracetown has direct access to the Cape to Cape walk track!

Gracetown is a small seaside town located in the heart of the Margaret River Region, just 15 mins north-west of Margaret River. A quiet, sleepy coastal town, Gracetown is suited to the person trying to get away from it all. It makes a great base for a down south holiday as it offers easy beach access, breathtaking views, surf and sleepy holiday town vibes, all while being a stone's throw from Caves Road tourist drive which offers up some of the regions best wineries! Gracetown has direct access to the Cape to Cape walk track, and is one of the few towns located right on the track. The only shop, Gracies General is a great little store with a variety of general supplies, great coffee and hand-made pies from Little Pie Lane. Immerse yourself in this beautiful coastal town dotted by weatherboard beach shacks against world class surf breaks. Family friendly beaches and a wonderful protected bay, enjoy every moment Gracetown has to offer!
