Back inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday catering, while a BBQ encourages you to make the most of the abundance of outdoor space. The sun-drenched dining area is complete with a six-seater table and cane chairs—perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or setting up your laptop to work remotely. Additionally, Wi-Fi connectivity is available for your convenience (please note, as not NBN and not available in the area, the internet can be limited) Three newly carpeted bedrooms sleep seven guests, with the first and second both offering queen beds dressed in crisp, linen and hanging storage. The third bedroom is perfect for children and adults, set with a double bed and single. Ceiling fans and fly screens throughout, plus split-system heating and cooling in the main living area keep temperatures comfortable no matter the season. The roomy bathroom is a refreshing retreat—also fits with an in-unit washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Take your pick from a relaxing soak in the spa bath or a quick rinse off in the shower. Eco-conscious guests will appreciate the home's solar power, providing blackout protection for added peace of mind. A free EV wall charger is available onsite, making it easy for electric vehicle owners to recharge. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before stepping inside. Up to three cars can park comfortably on the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.

Perfectly located, enjoy access to St Andrews Beach—just a 15-minute stroll away—while St Andrews Recreation Club is directly opposite with playgrounds and tennis courts to enjoy. Drive five-minutes to tee off at St Andrews Beach Golf Course and finish up the afternoon with a beer and gourmet pizza at St Andrews Beach Brewery. The Peninsula Hot Springs are less than a 10-minute drive away, where you can unwind in the hot springs and day spa, making most of the private pavilions, moonlit bathing & massages. A short drive in either direction allows you to easily explore the Mornington's stunning coastline and nature walks.
