Orange Stay fully furnished apartments offer best in class facilities and custom designed decor that offers terrific comfort and convenience. Located in the middle of the Docklands where Collins St and Bourke St meet; the Free Tram Zone for Melbourne CBD begins on our doorstep, with both the #48 and #11 trams right outside. Our apartments part of a high quality residential apartment complex, and all the apartments have been designed for real world living making for a superior short stay experience. Our reception hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and weekends are different hours, please contact with with an estimated time of arrival.

Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process.

A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: -

From 18:00 to 22:00 AUD 50 -

After 22:00 AUD 100.

No check in after 12 midnight is allowed.

Also lock box service is available free of charge with adequate photo ID and credit card provided prior to arrival at no later than 2pm on arrival date.

Housekeeping service can be requested weekly for staying more than 7 nights at extra costs. Guest can request daily housekeeping service at extra charges.
